Healthcare has always been imperative, but now it represents one of the most significant challenges we face in returning to some sense of normalcy. Our society urgently needs doctors and nurses. And that means those who can recruit them will literally be part of improving this world. We believe in progress. We believe opportunity can arise from this crisis. And we believe you have an instrumental part to play. If you share this vision, have a passion for healthcare talent acquisition, and want to be part of something essential, here is your chance.

The things you’ll do:

  • Call qualified healthcare folks, email them, text them, message them, grab their attention. But not too pushy. Also, go through our internal databases, industry websites, and social networks to uncover those hidden or not-so-hidden gems.
  • Build and nurture relationships with current or future travelers by phone, text, email, or any of the other methods listed above. Be imaginative.
  • Focus on the candidate experience. It matters. That means helping to ensure stellar attendance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise as proactively as possible, and providing employee and client satisfaction as only you can.
  • Yes, of course there are weekly and quarterly quotas to meet, We’d love you to exceed them. We’re not unreasonable, so we’ll work together to develop those goals.
  • We hope you agree that the job doesn’t end once a candidate is on the job. What makes you different than other recruiters is your commitment to supporting your candidates once they’re on assignment, which includes completion of compliance requirements, finding housing, and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • By building these ongoing relationships with your candidates, you can help us retain them for additional assignments. And everybody wins.
  • Really get to know your client contacts to help discover and generate leads. Even better, try setting meetings with prospective clients. The more opportunities you uncover, the more earning potential you have.
  • You can work well independently while still forging bonds with us as a team and adhering to Oloop's core values.

The things we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience recruiting travel RNs and allied healthcare professionals
  • Outstanding communication skills - oral and written
